A uniting of local communities and professional pastry chefs, commissioned to design commemorative cakes in mutual agreement. Each of the ten pairings resulted in a cake with the appropriate sculpturesque qualities, infusing the remembrance of things past with the warmth and resilience that is preserved in old family recipes.
